Model MW500-1467 VCO provides a clean, stable output of +4 dBm +0.5 dB with -105 dBc/Hz phase noise @ 100 kHz. Tuning voltage range is 0.5 to 10 V. Supply is +5 V @ 25 mA, but the VCO will operate with reduced output to +3 V. Custom versions can be supplied with any 200 MHz band within the range of 4.5 to 6.5 GHz. Harmonics are -22 dBc max. The VCO is capable of very high modulation speed; mod. band width (-3 dB) is 180 MHz. The surface mount package size is 0.5" sq. x 0.13"
